These Terms govern the Video2Guitar website, installed web app and related services. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these Terms.
Video2Guitar is a digital service that converts user-selected supported guitar-lesson sources into AI-generated personal practice material, including explanations, chords, TAB, strumming, techniques, timestamps and practice sheets.
Users aged 18 or older may use and purchase the service independently. Users under 18 may use Video2Guitar only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Where a minor cannot legally enter into a paid agreement, the parent or legal guardian must do so on the minor's behalf.
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and promptly report suspected misuse.
You select and submit a supported source. Video2Guitar generates an analysis on demand, privately for your account, and completed analyses may be stored in My Songs. Video2Guitar does not operate a public song or TAB Library, and one user's stored private analysis is not exposed as another user's analysis.
Third-party sources remain subject to their providers' terms and rights. You may submit only sources you are lawfully permitted to access and process. You must not circumvent technical or security restrictions. Video2Guitar does not claim to own or license YouTube content.
Video2Guitar does not grant ownership of third-party videos, compositions, recordings, lyrics, arrangements, tabs or lesson material. Generated practice material is intended for personal, non-commercial practice and study unless you have the additional rights needed for another use. You remain responsible for unlawful or infringing use. These Terms do not guarantee that no music licence is required.
My Songs and its analyses are private to your account. Limited authorised operational access may occur where reasonably necessary for support, security, debugging, fraud or abuse investigation, credible rights complaints or quality evaluation. This does not make an analysis public.
When you use Improve this lesson, your correction is saved as part of your private lesson.
If you separately choose to submit an improvement for review, Video2Guitar may retain and use that submitted feedback as structured quality information to improve prompts, validators, algorithms, benchmarks, quality metrics and product operation.
Submitting feedback does not publish the lesson, create a public TAB, transfer ownership of a composition, automatically earn credits or expose your private analysis to other users.
AI results can contain musical errors. Video2Guitar does not guarantee exact chords, notes, rhythm, timing, technique, completeness or continuous accuracy. Compare the result against the source before relying on it.
Video2Guitar may offer visitors one free limited preview of an analysis. The preview currently covers up to 90 seconds of a supported source and is intended to demonstrate the service before account registration or purchase.
Reasonable technical measures may be used to prevent repeated use, automated abuse or circumvention of the one-time preview limit.
The availability, scope and duration of a promotional free preview may change or be withdrawn without affecting already purchased credits or subscriptions.
New accounts receive 3 one-time analysis credits. Free accounts do not receive a monthly credit refill.
Video2Guitar Premium currently includes 20 analysis credits per monthly billing period. One completed analysis uses 1 credit. Subscription-included credits apply only to the relevant billing period, expire at the end of that period and do not roll over.
A complete analysis supports source videos of up to 30 minutes.
Reopening an existing compatible analysis in your own My Songs does not consume another analysis credit. An explicit re-analysis may consume a new credit.
If a credit was consumed and an analysis fails because of a Video2Guitar technical or provider failure, the applicable credit is restored through the credit ledger without double-refunding. The current analysis flow normally charges only when the completed result is saved.
The product, price, applicable taxes, credit amount or billing period are shown before purchase. Stripe processes payment and provides purchase confirmation; checkout information forms part of the agreement. Video2Guitar stores Stripe references but not full card details.
Checkout shows the price, billing period, included credits and features, and automatic renewal where applicable. You can manage and cancel renewal online through the Stripe-managed membership portal. Normal cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the already-paid billing period unless law or the applicable Stripe/product rule requires otherwise. Cancellation does not delete your account or My Songs.
EU consumers may have a statutory withdrawal right, generally for 14 days for applicable distance contracts. This is distinct from normal subscription cancellation, account deletion and ordinary support or refund requests. It is not an unconditional refund right for every purchase: treatment may depend on whether the purchase concerns digital content or a digital service, whether performance or delivery has started, and any explicit consent and acknowledgement required by law.
You may submit an unambiguous withdrawal statement through the online withdrawal function or by emailing hello@video2guitar.com. A request may require eligibility review before a refund is issued.
Where legally required, Video2Guitar separately requests explicit consent and acknowledgement before beginning paid digital performance or delivery during the withdrawal period. This choice is not pre-selected and accepting these general Terms alone is not that separate consent. The legal effect may differ between digital services and standalone digital content.
Mandatory consumer rights remain available where paid digital content or a digital service does not conform to the agreement. Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include remediation, price reduction, termination or refund. Statutory refunds remain available where required; Video2Guitar does not promise an unconditional discretionary refund.
You may delete a private lesson or use the separate account-deletion control. The implemented deletion flow removes or anonymises data as described in the Privacy Policy. Records legitimately required for accounting, security, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations may remain.
Send complaints to hello@video2guitar.com and identify the protected work or right, affected source or material, reason for the complaint and your contact details. Video2Guitar may temporarily restrict affected material or access while credibly reported issues are investigated.
Video2Guitar may take proportionate action, including temporary suspension, for material breach, fraud, security risks, unlawful use, credible rights complaints or legal obligations. Account deletion remains separate from subscription cancellation.
The service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted. External-platform, source or provider changes may affect processing and availability.
Video2Guitar may improve the service and update these Terms. Changes will respect ongoing paid agreements and mandatory consumer rights and will not retroactively remove acquired consumer rights.
Liability is limited only to the extent legally permitted. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Mandatory consumer protection applicable to you remains unaffected.
